It's easy, just tap Tony Blair on the back and offer him and his family a free holiday somewhere sunny.

Well you're either foreign, dumb or been living under a rock.
It was alleged that the British government was giving honours for cash...this is illegal you can not do it.
It is only even conceivably possible if you are an extremely rich business man with good connections. We are talking about millions of GBP not a couple of hundred.
It's not like buying a cucumber down you local Sainsbury’s and certainly not for the likes of you.

Its not possible legally. The cash for peerages scandal involved people "lending" tony blair money in return for a lordship.
It is now being investigated by the police and if you want a detailed view...look at www.bbcnews.co.uk

You might have seen "Lord of the Manor" titles for sale. These are a bit dodgy, and not the same as being an actual Lord. You couldn't correctly call yourself Lord whatever.

its illegal to buy a peerage(thats a title that entitles the owner to sit in the house of lords) its not illegal to buy the an actual lords title which can be bought from the current owner however they dont give the owner any special rights. the current scandel is because politicians have been selling peerages which come with seats in the house of lords and obviously therefore give the owners law deciding powers.

'loan' a large pile of £50 notes to labour, and you'll get whatever title you want. if you've got a few of the big pink ones (the £50's people!!!) spare after you buy your lordship, you can throw them in my direction, i could do with a few quid :-)
