I would say yes and to a degree that many people find anyoing and many more wish they could act as he does and try to emulate him just becuase of that.
It is said that a more or less permannet 23% of society are deliberately ignorant and almost all of the rest act in that way at least part of time just to get through life.
The difference is the largest majority know when they are acting that way while Bush along with his 23% followers do not.
Bush has the look of confidence born of his familys station, from circumstances of his birth to always having someone to cover over any foopaahs he makes to never having to take personal responsabilty or cost to him from his failures.
George Bush and those in his circle are the most powerfull people on earth today. They have unlimited wealth, unlimited power and they make their own standards apply towards rest of society without restrictions.
They even have the unlimited power to decide just who can live and who should not, and demand others take lives in their names.
He is untouchable, and in this day and age, as close as one can become to being a GOD.
Why shouldn't he look and be confident?

Bush has a number of looks. He has his, "Does anyone know what I just said?" look. He's got his, "Don't ask me, I just read it" look. He's got his, "I said all that and didn't make a single mistake, right?" look. And he's got his, "Why the heck are you asking ME!?" look.
But no, I've never seen him look confident.

He’s such a funny looking man.
I think he should have his own show, not be the president of the United States.

No Just watch when someone asks him a question His mind cannot function fast enough to sort between all his lies for the appropriate answer to the question being asked. While he is trying to do this a cloud of awe creeps over his face like he is waking from a dream

Heres an analogy for ya,
He sort of looks like a child that has messed his pants and is being questioned for it. I think he has more the look of incompetence.

I think he looks a little surprised. Surprised that so many people, namely liberal Democrats would be so cowardly and want to run away and hide from our enemies. Surprised that liberal Democrats would rather play politics and use our troops as pawns in time of war as they did in Nam. Surprises at all the empty rhetoric and all the hatred directed at him instead of directed toward the enemy. Surprised that so many small minded people who call themselves Americans would rather expend their energy regaining and maintaining power than expend their energy defeating Islamofascism.
