I have GPA of 3.61 but I am not sure if that is equivalent to A- or B+, What is the line difference between them? Could this score help get me to MIT or Berkely for post graduate studies?

3.61 is equivalent to a 90.25%. Which is an A-.
I would say ehh maybe to Berkley, and unless you have AMAZINGGGG extracurricular and 1600s on you r SATs, not high enought for MIT.

4.0 = A
3.0 = B
2.0 = C
1.0 = D

I would think that a .5 in between any would be the dividing point. Say 3.4 would be a B+ where a 3.5 would be an A-

But I could be wrong. In graduate school an A stops at 93% by the way.
