I'm composing a setting of the Tibetan Book of the Dead using both English and Tibetan words, and I'm looking for a copy of the book in the original Tibetan, ideally transliterated into Roman alphabet. If anyone could help me I'd be extremely grateful.

There is also a reference to the book in the Sister Stories Bibliography and Sources, which features illustrations with Roman alphabet - but can't find a full text for you.
The Bardo Thodol also spelled Bardo Thotrol, translated as The Tibetan Book of the Dead, for centuries it was passed down orally. This ancient text was first put into written form by the legendary Padma Sambhava in the 8th century A.D. Translated, Bardo Thodol means "liberation by hearing on the after death plane". The book acts as a guide for the dead during the state that intervenes death and the next rebirth.

are you sure you mean the Tibetan book of the dead? I believe its the Egyptian book of the Dead your referring to?
