My 02 text anytime sim card doesnt seem to be working, I topped up £10 yesterday, and should now have 300 free texts, but instead its charging me for them. any ideas ? should i ring 02 ?

Your free texts re-set on the same date each month, so if the first time you ever got them was ont he 8th, they will always re-start on the 8th.
It used to be that they re-set everytime you topped up a tenner, but they got wise to it.
I wouldnt call them, it`ll cost you a fortune!

I think whats happened is you have missed your anniversay date. A anniversary date is the date you first topup. If miss the date you top the phone up but it charges you, and if you topped a couple of days before the week deadline you dont get your allowence. You should actually receive a msg telling you to topup a week upto the annversary date.
