Everybody believes in different things. What is bad to you may be just fine with somone else. You can not force your beliefs on others. Live your life like you believe and let others do the same.

all of these things are fine. But not if you're a christian.

Do you know any gay people? Or people that live with their bf, or that have had sex before marriage? I bet you do. Lots. Do you think they are all evil?

Wait a few years and then decide for yourself, instead of mouthing what your parents/minister says.

First of all life is not all that black and white. People are not put into two categories of good and bad. Believe it or not, humanity is not just grouped into righteous or evil. Being gay is not evil or bad. It simply is. Having children based on what you personally can handle emotionally, physically and financially is not bad.... some think birth control is empowering. As to all the other things it is her choice and best not to judge. Being that you are just 13, remember as you live your life you will presented with challenges and difficult choices. try to remember that you need not paint yourself in a corner with not way out.

How do you know all of these things are bad? I think you're too young to give serious thoughts to the subjects you list. It is not bad when someone's beliefs are different than yours. It is not bad when someone has is of a different religion or does not have a religion. It is only bad when you do not give people choices. You have obviously been taught that these things are bad. I may not agree with all of them but none of them are bad. Hopefully, when you're a little older you will understand what I'm saying.

Not all of theese things are bad. Everyone can have their own opinion. Say you were raped and got pregnant. Abortion wouldn't be a terrible thing. Sex before marriage helps you to know your mate. Dont sleep with everyone but if you love them and they love you and you are safe, its not a big deal. Birth control is smart if yoou do not want children. Living with your mate is a good idea as well. Its a good way to know if you can stand to marry them. Being an atheist has nothing to do with her thinking theese things are good.

I am not an atheist and I don't think any of these things are bad. In fact, I'm in favour of all of them. Why are u worried about what your friend thinks? We all have diff opinions. You don't need to 'help' her.

She should not be asking out the guy you like. Does she understand you like her? If no longer tell her, and if she pitches a greater fit ask him out first. i'm sorry it relatively is occurring , yet once you are not getting the guy perchance you will get a metamorphosis interior the long-term or somebody else will come around which you like greater. :D sense greater powerful xP

I would tell her that those things are bad, and why they're bad. Don't let anyone tell you they're okay!

I wouldn't push anything on her though...if she brings up one of those subjects, use that as an opportunity to educate her. And be nice about it. Like, "Sex before marriage is wrong because it cheapens marriage and makes it more likely you'll divorce later on."

You can help her by respecting that people are entitled to their own opinions. You only believe what you believe because your parents told you to believe it. You haven't earned your opinions, so don't get all high and mighty and try to change others.
