You need to check your reception first. BBC website can do that. If you dont get full coverage where you live, get one with DAB and a built in FM tuner so you can flick between the 2.

Yes BBC Radio 6 is worth the cost all by its self I have a Cambridge Audio [hi fi unit] DAB 300 from Richer Sounds have a look at their web page.

Yes, DAB broadcasts are ecellent in sound quality and many radios supply a scrolling LED screen with info on the station you are listening to. Quality product!

No, we've a DAB radio. it quite is tremendously sturdy high quality, extra stations, and it says on the radio what the present music is. it quite is kinda functional. yet no, it doesnt %. up stations from the otherside of the international.

Radio 6 is excellent so buy one.Never had any bother in Scotland with reception.

yes it is soo much easier to be able to get stations just by pressing a button,if like me you want to always be changing stations and looking.i used to have one with dab .
oh and the sound is much better.

if you listen to a lot of radio, then yes.
