Go to my computer, click on your Hard Drive and go to program files, and find the program if its there and delete it, If it's not removed in add/remove programs then you must have moved it or deleted prior to add/remove programs, its a pain to get rid of some type of software like Advanced Uninstaller would get rid of it for you. There's a trial version that you could use that should take care of it for you.

Agree with "Rapid Repairs" about going to My Computer, opening c: then opening Program files. If it is not there, you must have saved it someplace else other than the recommended directory at installation.
Suggest you go to Start, Search, Files or Folders.
type in the first part of the program name and add an asterisk
Example: for "program" type prog*
That should bring up a list of all programs that start with those letters. With luck you will find it

hi, (ANS) confident! I even tend to believe golfer2 you need to re-deploy this technique (reboot the gadget afterwards to place in writing the transformations into the domicile windows registry) and then after it relatively is put in. Then attempt un-setting up it using the administration panels upload/eliminate characteristic. **If this technique is definitely written the installer technique will placed lower back all the old information interior the unique places on the tricky disk, all the registry settings and overwrite any older settings. meaning the comparable software can then be un-put in (bumped off) in a clean way. **i do no longer propose disk freshen up strategies except your thoroughly particular what they do and how they artwork, or you are able to make concerns worse and finally end up with a actual tangled mess. **the difficulty is that no longer all programmers write application interior the comparable way or use the comparable deploy /removing strategies. If the appliance isn't nicely written interior the 1st place then it won't un-deploy cleanly i.e. it leaves all styles of messy settings in the back of it while bumped off. And thats the place the style of difficulty often originates. **finally in case you need to use a registry air purifier gadget, if the above isn't efficient for some reason. Then a minimum of use a robust high quality gadget. I enormously propose a a hundred% unfastened software stated as REG SEEKER. this would competently freshen up the registry and backup any products it bumped off in case a restoration is needed in an prolonged time. I even have been using Reg Seeker for a while and its by no ability led to any issues. **additionally its worth backup up your domicile windows Registry earlier you run Reg Seeker and for this i take advantage of ERDNT (lower back it relatively is unfastened-ware) **a rapid Yahoo or Google seek will locate the two products actually. desire that's clever? style Regards Ivan MCSE experienced, ex IT expert, equipment builder.

I'd guess you'd deleted the program directory rather than using the uninstaller so the windoze registry still thinks they're there. A registry cleaner should sort you out.

that means you have already deleted the actual files of that particular program but it didnt delete the folders. Just go into 'my computer' and delete the relevent folders.
