I checked with others at work and they were able to open their outlook mails from the internet, is it browsers settings or my service provider maybe bloked any site starting with https? if you can answer me please I need you to explain a way to solve this problem or maybe steps to chack settings.

Try Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Security Tab > click on Trusted Sites then click sites. Add the address to your trusted sites list.

General home internet should not be blocking sites like this.
