How do you get the sims to work?

Question

I have like 7 sim games put into one but I just changed my log in on the computer and now it won't let me play the game. It won't let me unistall it either. Like the play screen comes up and I press it and then the screen turns black and nothing happens then it just goes back to normal and it won't let me play the sims. (the sims 1, not 2) PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP!!! I WANNA PLAY IT!!

I had the same problem once. I just reinstalled everything and it worked.
