Love isn't something that you can force....sounds like maybe mom has had some tough relationships. Don't let that discourage you....... when you find the right one, you'll know it...... Don't try to rush it or you could end up unhappy in the long run.....
just be patient......hope you find what you are looking for......

Find the right person. Youll know when you do. But dont do something dumb like have sex to try to fall in love. It never works. Eventually the right person will come along.
