Indians are born intelligent and basically hard working people.Other developing countries take this as an the opportunity and attract Indians by paying huge amount.At the end of the day everyone wants to lead a comfortable life.

Indians work in other countries for their financial upliftment and also because talent recognition comes very late in India. Such Indians do send their money to India and our country's economy is thus boosted,and is this not contribution for India's development in an indirect way ?

The potential of earning is high in other countries are high.
In many of the cases, there are professional approach
In rural areas the middle men or agents lure the people to seek employment abroad.
Scope also is high for employment in other countries

it is as simple as, the salary is less for the same kind of job! every one wants to be setteled before they reach 40 yrs. so they run and earn money. unless every one thinks they can stand in their own legs in India and start their own Firm in India, and still the poplation comes down(i mean the rate of increase of population) this problem will persist!
