I moved across the country for my ex and 6 months later she cheated on me and left.
I started a new job and working on a second degree here so I plan on staying for at least another year or two.
The job is great but, I have no family or friends here.

Join a gym, Church, and become involved in a community sport like soccer or baseball. Be creative, there are so many ways to meet people.

It's not easy when you're far away from family & friends, but maybe you could try going to church, the library, fitness centers, or go for walks in the park, when weather permits. Getting out into your community may work in your favor. Good luck!
