It depends on the card, card company, card year, condition, etc.

Some serious card collectors believe that even an actual player's autograph will deface a card, while others think it's a highly prized collectable, especially if it is from a "sub set".
Find out the year (is it his RC?) & company (Topps, Fleer...) that printed the card, then check the value of this card at Beckett or one of the other reputable listers.
An autographed (authentic) major league baseball signed by Zito goes for about $125.- 150., an autographed 8"x10" about $75., etc.

It's actually a nice piece to have, even though Zito never has won any major awards. I still consider him to be one of the best pitchers in the game today.
I'd keep it in a screw down protector.

Buy a Becketts, this will give you an idea. Remember though it is just a guide. Most people forget that or choose to ignore it. Then I would go to ebay and look for one to get a better idea. Remember, just cause Becketts says it worth X amount of dollars, dont' forget it's just a guide. I am somewhat of a collector and sometimes I do this to give me an idea of what people will pay. Hope I helped you and good luck.

I think it should go for $25 or less if there are at least 25 copies or more. If it is less than 10 copies, the card should be worth even more. It depends how many copies are made and by what brand. The less copies there are, the more the card will be worth.

I would say around $ 30. Maybe a little more if you have proof of him signing it like a picture of him doing it.
