I guess I am a romantic. What comes to mind is the song and music video from the movie, Don Juan De Carlo with Johnny Depp. The song was, Did You Ever Love A Woman, sung by Bryan Adams if memory serves. There is a music video at the end with Adams, Spanish dancers and flamingo guitars that really grabs me. Especially the flamingo guitar playing.
My favorite movie is another Romantic, action, comedy, thriller with Burt Reynolds called 'Sharky's Machine", also starring, Rachel Ward, Charles Durning, Henry Silva, Vittorio Gassman and Earl Holliman. The movie is one of the most entertaining movies I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. It has romance, torture, action, comedy and anything else you could mention. See it, Love it.

I really loved the Secret Garden too!
When I was in 4th grade we started reading the book, then we took a class field trip and we went to a theatre and watched the play, then we watched the movie at school. All three (the play, the movie, and the book) were REALLY GOOD!!
I loved it that the rich girl took a turn for the good and she knocked some sense into the spoiled rich boy, and she let him know that there was NOTHING wrong with him and he walked again.
And it was awesome that they livened up the garden that had not been attended to for years! Good book! Good movie! Good play!
I love the Secret Garden too!
Cheers

Oh! I loved the Secret Garden.
2 fantastic movies are Volver and The Painted Veil. Volver had great meaning and a great storyline. And The Painted Veil had this unique way of shooting the movie, a wonderful storyline and AWESOME music in it. Both of these movies have really made an impact on me. I suggest both of these movies, most definately.

Song is 'Blewers Daughter' by Damien Rice(From the Album 'O'),and it was in the Movie 'CLOSER'.
VERY SAD Movie!(I was going through a Bad patch at the time, and It really did Move me).
An Uplifting and Inspirational Piece of Music would be 'YOU' by Pat Metheny Group from the Album 'Speaking of Now'. That song is Guaranteed to Lift and Bring happy Tears to your Eyes!!

The Secret Garden is a classic. If you don't mind foreign films, check out one named Ponette. It's a French film about a little girl who looses her mother.

To Where You Are Josh Groban My grandmother passed away in 2003. I miss her, and this song just reminds me of her...
Who can say for certain
Maybe you're still here
I feel you all around me
Your memory’s so clear
Deep in the stillness
I can hear you speak
You’re still an inspiration
Can it be that you are my forever love
And you are watching over me from up above
Fly me up to where you are
Beyond the distant star
I wish upon tonight to see you smile
If only for a while, to know you're there
A breath away's not far
To where you are

"Dancer In The Dark" really had an effect on me.
Then there was "The Untold Story Of Emmett Louis Till", that recently touched me.

There are a lot of songs which have touched me.
Many of them really make me think and get the emotions going.
In particular: My Guardian Angel by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
It has beautiful lyrics and amazing guitar playing.
Loads more really inspire me but this one is probably the most touching song i have heard.

Song?.....We've only just begun by The Carpenters. Heard it on the radio in 1970 and fell in love with Karen's voice.
Also, Your own special way by Genesis from 1976. Beautiful song.
