They both sound hot and handsome. But if I had to choose then Boy #2 Matt because he has an exotic combination of brown hair and blue eyes and he takes care of himself. But which one have the better personality and treats you well, because beauty is only skin deep.

If you are closer to chris's age then definatly chris but if you're 18 choose matt. If age is not a factor I'd say Chris sounds hotter.

Well Personally I am a gym girl and like gym guys. My personally experience with football player's is that they are arrogant and cocky. Gym guys some time can be narsistic but are not as arrogant and tend to keep more to themselves...that is my general observation. Based solely on the information you gave me and my own observations I would go with boy 2 Matt.
