At a sleep over you should have DDR (dance dance revolution) It's a great way to break the ice and to start laughing. Make-overs are always fun. You can make each other look like idiots and then go out and rent movies. Always have a ton of food handy and a camera. For cool ideas you can go cosmic bowling or you can rent a hotel room with a few friends and have room service.

Make brownies or cookies or pizza. Rent movies. Document everything with pictures you take of each other. Make sure everyone gets in the pictures. Make copies and put in cheap frames that you've decorated. Clean up the mess in the morning and you'll be sure to have another party.

OH! with the makeing cookie idea.... heres a cute decorating idea. Mcut out heart shaped cookies, slice the tip of the heart off and turn it round.. so it looks like a bum!
Bake them and cool them down. then make up icing in three or four dofferent colours. put each colout into a piping bag with a small nozzel. then pipe UNDIES onto the bum cookies. You can add spots, frilly lace edges, anything you like. they are so cute...not to mention yummy to eat.

Play video games and stuff yourself with junk food all night! You'll regret this when you wake up the next morning, but this will make it a party to remember! Girls out there,... good luck...

I got loads of ideas, but some people might find them a bit offensive. Why dont you play some nice board games like monopoly or some card games.

have a make over party with makeup, do facials with creams . manicures and pretty close are always fun.you code get a jewelery kit and make your Owen jewelery.good variety of music is a must. and pizza is always a hit. buy some ice cream,or get a ice cream maker and make your own.and when it gets late new movies are good.

If you are going cheap then buy stuff to make cookies at the party and everyone can decorate. If you have some money, then buy t-shirts and iron on decals and each girl can do her shirt.

oh my specialty... ok here is the first idea if your into this sort of thing if u have girlz over make up a game like boy talk, boy talk is the one game that some girlz do best they have to talk about a boy then see what everyone thinks about him. don't get mad if they don't like him/her just go on like who u like. then u could get some movies and some pop-corn then you could make a haunted house it is really fun trust me

Fondue Party! Karaoke (Magic Mic) or something similar... if you have a ps2 console, DDR, and there's also this guitar game... it's fun =)
