I think you can download a lot of content from certain sites. . .but since they are mostly pirated, i cant list them here. . .I use them a lot on my Symbian phone without any problems. . .mail me if you want the addresses of those sites. . .as posting them here is against my own and Yahoo!'s policy. . . .

it is safe if u get the themes from special sites like orkut,join there many communites and u will get there themes

It depends what you consider "safe". Most of them come with spyware, adware and spam. It won't crash out your computer, but it sure will slow it down.
