No. Lewis is just a common last name. During the Ravens superbowl year their where 4 lewis's including the D coordinator Marvin Lewis.

no they have the same names but they are not related just because two people have the same last name doesn't always mean that they are related and in some cases even when two people have the same last name and are related it doesn't necessarily mean that they are brothers or sisters or brother and sister they could be cousins as well anyway jamal lewis and ray lewis are not family to each other

No. I know for sure that they are not. Ray's last name is actually Jackson, but he changed it to Lewis because his dad was a deadbeat. Sad story really.....Ray does have a half brother named Keon on the Maryland Terps football team though. But to answer the question, no.
