From a lying position, the person draws his (straight) legs into his chest, rolls back slightly, then kicks up. The force of the kick and an arching of the back carries the body all the way up into a standing position. When training to learn this move, it helps to use the hands to give an added boost and/or practice on a mattress.

u got to have tremendous leg and back strength, u roll up ur legs until ur knees are on ur chest, then just kick up. just be careful not to hurt urself. Michaels is a professional who has done it for years so he knows how to do it.

with a little practice. you can do it.
develop your legs strength so that when you flip them, you have enough momentum to go forward.
develop your body coordination as well. you have to train your upper body to go forward once you've started executing the move.
martial arts experts can do this easily.

I can sort of do it but its difficult you need good back and leg strength, flexibility would be nice too.
