Good Idea. Personally I feel that Child Murderers should be tied to 4 semis headed in opposite directions and the Semi's moved forward an inch every hour or so.

I like the idea. People wonder why crime runs rampant in our society. It's because our justice system is more interested in protecting the "rights" of the criminal than those of the victim. If we quit treating criminals humanely and gave them the treatment they deserve, that would be more of a deterrent than anything we have now.

The execution should be in the manner deemed by the state and

the family of the victim should not be given vigilante precedence!!

no. and no again.
Families of victims should not participate nor witness executions, unless the execution is public.
The state should publically execute the criminal in front of the public and everyone should have the opportunity to see what happens to punks that commit fould deeds.

And a painless death, no way--grind 'em up in a tree limb shreader, or let hungry hogs eat them and then Bar B que the hogs.

Not only should they have to die and they killed their victims it should be put on all of TV so everyone can watch. Maybe that will stop some of this hatefulness.

Well, you know if this was the Medieval age, you'd probably find some support for this idea. This does not mean our government and its laws are not somewhat barbaric. One can hope that revenge does not equal justice.
