I doubt it. Black paint would preclude mild from getting by to the flourescent paint. you only finally end up with a black room the place you are able to not see something even while the traditional lighting fixtures are on. What you're able to do is purchase ultraviolet ink that's invisible, yet glows once you utilize a UV mild on it. do no longer paint your partitions black. save it white.
