how can I burn 1000 calories with just my workouts alone

after running a ridiculously long distance, during ur weight training, leave only 30seconds between each set and a 2 to 3 minute break between each circuit, this will keep your heart rate up and you will burn a lot more calories......good luck

If you use an elliptical trainer or step mill you should easily be able to burn over 400 calories in 30 minutes. In a couple of hours you would have used over 1000 calories

run hard for one hour with weights on your legs. or just stop eatin all them cheeseburgers!
