My dad has this party to go to and he wants to wear his favourite double breasted black blazer with brass buttons, but he hates to wear a tie. So can he just put one button and wear it without tie and matching black trousers?

Thanks for the turtle neck advise, sounds great. But just as an option, can he wear a shirt inside?

Go with a gold chain necklace.

Yes he can. You don't necessarily have to wear a tie unless the event calls for one, such as a "black tie" event. A turtle-neck looks good under a jacket, he could try that.

She have been given no longer something yet extreme fives. See, college kinds do no longer provide a **** approximately issues like that. no longer the cool ones besides. to boot, i think of that should look very probational :3 lots greater so than Hogwarts gowns.

He can wear it with an off white fit turtle neck sweater (since it's cold)
