I want a dress for my cousin's Quincenera (mexican thing) and i want somthing pretty but affordable nothing over $70.00 my mom told me so what can i get?!

Try Macy's, Debs, Forever 21, Wet Seal, H&M, Penney's, Gordman's. I'm not really sure what a Quincenera is and how formal it is, but all of those shops have great affordable dresses! Good luck and have fun!

go to "forever 21", they usually have very affordable clothes, and they are pretty cute! you might even be able to afford the shoes to match at Payless shoe store, you'll be surprised of the fun styles they have.

when is it?? look at cheap prom dresses or thrift shops. if u wait til after prom then they will b really cheap.
