psp 3.10oe problem?

I just got the 3.10oe firmware because my friend said it would be the same as 3.10 firmware but I'd also be able to play homebrew just like on 1.50. But I cant get an homebrew to work anymore. Am I doing something wrong or have I been misinformed?

Try to put your homebrew in PSP\GAME150 folder to see if that works. If not, you have to switch to 1.50 kernel. This is done by using the recovery menu (hold the right shoulder button during the machine boots).
