everytime I come on line it shuts its self down why is this

Could be a virus or trojan, download Spybot Search & Destroy and do a thorough spyware/trojan check, downlaod AVG free edition and run a good virus scan and if you haven't already got it go to zone labs and download zone alarm.
If that doesn't cure it, has your pc got quieter lately? if one of the internal fans has died it could be overheating and shutting down as a precaution.

Sounds like you have a version of the sassa worm (virus)
When the computer tries to shut down
Click START then RUN
type in shutdown -a and press enter
(notice the space before -a)
The above procedure should allow you time on the net to download a removal tool
Try microsoft's site.

you may have a virus on your pc...do an anti-virus check
