I need a bank statement ASAP, is it possible to request & receive one from Barclays/Nationwide in the same day?!?!

Do you bank online? Many banks now keep electronic copies of bank statements that are accessable online to users.
If not you will have to make a request to your bank. For a fee they may be able to put a rush on it the request and fax you the pages you need.
I did this recently, while I could have gottent the results back sooner, I need 12 months bank statemetns and there was too much info for them to fax, they had to mail them to me and it took 3-4 days to get them.

Yes, you have to go to your bank in person & maybe pay a small fee, like maybe 2 dollars. Or, you should be able to access your bank statement online.

Do you have online banking? Most bank provide thats service for free, and you can view your statements on their websites.
