Can a GameBoy Color game pak go in a Nintindo DS lite?

I have heard that a gameboy advance pak can go in one (DS lite), but i just thought that since a gameboy color pak can go in an advance, then a color should go in the advance game pak part in the DS lite. does that make since?

overall question:: can i put a gameboy color pak in my Nintindo DS lite?

SINCE A GAMEBOY COLOR PAK CAN GO IN A GAMEBOY ADVANCE, AND THAT THEY BOTH ARE THE SAME SIZE (ON THE BOTTOM) NOT "HEIGHT" THEN WHY CAN'T IT GO IN? the gameboy color is the same width and the bottom of each pak is the exact same, it is just that the advance is smaller in height. why can't it go in then? it makes no since.

nope, only game boy advance games fit into a DS Lite

No Game boy color game can't go into the DS lite or the normal DS. Only Game boy advance cartridges and DS game cards are compatible with the DS

No. The DS and the DS Lite only support DS and GBA games. It may fit (I have never tried), but it definitely won't work.
