u can make the dress that way take the picture of the girl give it to a semtress and she could probaly make u one

ask them where they got it. lol. check thrift stores and the mall. there r tons of dresses there now.

chanel has a dress similar to it but idk if you would be able to afford it my advice is to go to a consignment store or thrif store and look u never kno wat youll find or maybe hot topic but idk because im not really familliar with that store
