1- Righ Click the My Computer icon then choose properties.
2- Click the "Hardware" Tab on top of the screen.
3- Device manager will be in front of you.

You can access it from the Management Console (Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management). When you launch that, locate Device Manager on the left navigation pane.

Oh, you can also launch Management Console by right clicking on the My Computer icon and selecting Manage from the menu option.

right click on my computer icon>properties>hardware>device manager or press the windows and the pause break keys together Hardware>device manager.
