Talk to your OB-GYN first, but I think it is okay to do it if your body is already used to it. It will begin to get harder the bigger you get, but it is good to keep some activity while pregnant. It's supposed to help you in labor, making it easier. Always follow your doc's advice though.

I was told that you can do most exercises during pregnancy that you did before you were pregnant. I walked my entire pregnancy. Initially I walked 4.5 mph, but I had to slow it down around 5 months due to pelvic pain. My doctor said sit-ups were fine, but after 20 weeks you're not supposed to lay on your back so you will have to modify them. As far as the weight lifting goes, talk with your doctor b/c you don't want to pull a muscle or injure yourself while pregnant. Also, you should avoid contact sports...you don't want to accidentally get hit in the stomach. I do encourage you to stay active though. I did and I had an amazing pregnancy, labor/delivery, and recovery....my friends were jealous at how easy it was for me.

You're going to want to cut the sit ups out in a couple weeks. Its just too much stress on your stretching ab muscles. Same with the push ups.
Anything else you did before pregnancy you can continue into pregnancy. Although at some point you'll find that your body and the baby require you to lessen the intensity.
Your OB can help you stay on track, and give you alternate ideas.

Yes you can, be careful about the running because in the first trimester the embryo could detach if there is too much jolting. Maybe start off by briskly walking or a very controlled jog. But in general you can resume working it out, it is infact healthy for you and may lead to an easier birth.
Congrats!

Keep going until doc says to stop. I worked out until my butt could not move into positions any more, which was about 81/2 months. You will know when enough is enough, just don't strain yourself or put pressure in the baby area. Walk, jump rope, do sit ups. Keep the cocoa butter on the belly, legs, thighs, etc. to keep the stretch marks away. Good luck.

Yes but you might want to ask your doctor what all you can do because you don't want to put to much on yourself and your baby.
Or see if there are any gym classes for pregnant women most gyms have one.
