Which ear would he put it in? I think it goes "Left is right and right is wrong".

Are you sure it's a REAL diamond? It could be a cubic zirconia! I've heard diamonds are forever, so maybe it's not real.

Oh, wait...wait...Do you wnat your new boyfriend to have a ring in his ear?

Yes! Why don't you just sell the engagement ring and use the money to buy him a new earring. Anyway, if you do end up using the engagement ring diamond to make an earring for your new BF, don't tell him where you got the diamond!

Not tacky at all. We recycle leftover paint and aluminum cans. Why not diamonds?

From a practical standpoint, though, you need to ask yourself if your new boy toy would really want a diamond earring. The answer is easy....only if he is a rap artist and wants more bling.

Otherwise, sell it and buy him an xbox. That way when he is zoned out on video games, you can spend quality time on YA!

Very much I think. How would you like it if it were the other way round. Do what the other guy suggested and sell the diamond to raise money for a new earring, or better still send it back whence it came and use you own money.

The right thing to do is give the ring back to your ex. Once the engagement is no longer; that is no longer your ring (unless you paid for it). He should get the ring back. Yes, it would be very tacky.

Would you want him to give you a ring he gave to his ex? you should just keep the ring and pass it on to your son or daughter i gave my son a ring that my ex gave me because it didn't mean anything to me what matters is the rings my husband has given me.And that is exactly how i feel i also plan on sending my daughter a ring that my ex gave me because they are meaningless to me because i am not with him.

if i was you i would sell the rings and start again but its really your choice only you can make the final say. think about it for moment if you keep the rings you'll always have memory's of her if you sell the rings you won't have any memory's of her and you will be able to move on with your life. good luck

sort of.
i mean your showing you dont care about ur ex fiancee, and that the ring meant nothing to you which is tacky in itself.

but also, its like being cheap. which nobody likes.
