It hasn't happened to me, but there is a possibility, however slim it might be. It's hard to believe that with your tube tied it could happen, but something might not have gotten done perfectly and it's allowed eggs to escape. With vasectomies, it takes a while for a guy to "work it out of their systems". There is still a sperm count for a while after. I'd check with your doctor.

Well assuming that he went back and had the vasectomy checked like he was supposed to which many men don't then the failure rate is 0.15% So you might want to ask him if he went to his follow up appointments
However the failure rate for tubal ligations is 0.5% However I have read that certain older methods of tubal ligation are less effective after 10ish years. Which is why they changed how the do them
So really the best answer is take a pregnancy test to find out. Because stranger things have happened.

Anything is possible. Not likely, but possible. I have known plenty of women who didn't think they could get pregnant, but did. But it could be something else. Have you taken a home pregnancy test? If you've been pregnant three times, you know how you feel in the first month. Do you feel pregnant? (of course being nervous about it could cause you to imagine you feel that way)
I'd try a pregnancy test, then make a doctor's appointment either way.

Check online there are home sperm count kits... or you should be able to have your b/f send a sample off to get done at a lab. Then I would get a prego test for yourself today and get informed... I also have had a vasectomy and am childfree.... But it can grow back together in time... unforunatly.. best of luck to you

Female sterilization is about 99.9% effective, male sterilization is about 98% effective.
Its insanely unlikely, especially since your operation was so long ago.
You can skip periods at any time in your life for any reason, it doesnt have to be pregnancy.
Just take a test, or have blood work done.
