Just call H&R Block, and ask them. You can look up their phone number on Yahoo's Yellow Pages, in your local area. I do believe its a year, but I could be wrong, that's why I suggested them. I have used Yahoo's Yellow Pages, for many things! Its so handy!! Good Luck to you & your's!!! Smile!!!

Yes there is. I believe you must be between 18-65 to claim the earned income credit.
