Tater Tot Casserole

Approx. 1 pound lean ground beef
Salt & pepper
Onion powder
1 bag Ore Ida frozen Tater Tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package frozen peas (optional)


1.In glass pie pan, press ground beef to all sides until even.
2.Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
3.If desired, add a layer of frozen peas.
4.Cover with one can cream of mushroom soup. Do NOT add water called for on soup label. Spread soup evenly over ground beef.
5.Arrange tater tots so that soup is covered.
6.Bake at 350 for one hour and 15 minutes.

Spighetti is about the Easiest, and Good! You can put just about anything into the sauce. You can buy a bottled sauce (Prego is one of my favorites, both in flavor and price), and the pasta is a no-brainer if you follow the directions. You can add meat or not, depending on how easy you think it is. (Meatballs can even be found in the frozen food section.)

To make a sandwich: finely chop two tomatoes. heat some oil/butter in a pan. add the tomatoes. keep stirring until v.well cooked and have turned in to a paste. add salt and black pepper and 2 tsps of cream/fresh cream.spread on bread n eat!
another one:boil some pasta. in a pan, heat a tsp of olive oil and cooking oil each. add readymade tomato puree and some finely chopped jalepeno peppers n onions. when cooked, pour this sauce over pasta n generously sprinle some cheese over it.of course, add salt to taste.
another one:in a bowl, mix together two beaten eggs, half a grated onion, salt, grated parmesan/mozerrela cheese. beat. heat a flat pan. generously grease with butter.
dip both sides of bread slices in the mixture n cook over the pan. serve with a side dish of chicken salamis and cooked peas.(just add a tsp of butter to peas in a covered dish in a microwave oven and cook for 4 min.

Omelets. I never even have to plan it out. Just throw in some eggs and onions. Add the beef franks, a bit of French bread, and I have it all.
