Look at the Quality Of Life survey which measures all aspects from education, health care, transportation to jobs and how happy people are..should give you some ideas, if you notice all the top cities are in the Nordic, Canadian and Australian nations. The top three places to live in the world are Zurich and Geneva Switzerland and Vancouver Canada..I am moving to Vancouver very soon..its beautiful over there! Good Luck!

Why wait,
I have traveled the world and this is the best place, So by all means, why wait? Maybe when you have paid Canada taxes, or smelled the water in spain, or noticed why the economy in Italy is on the verge of banckruptsy. You will realize that you are a fad driven liberal, change your evil ways and come back to the best country in the world and become a productive citizen.

Because this is a world wide web site, people have to know where you live now. If you are looking for a country without problems, you would have to go to the moon.

Well, with the state of the world as it is right now, you better start your research with these guys (but remember, forget about the intelligence they provided on Iraq before we went in there)

Wales and Scotland are beautiful. You have to be a person that doesn't mind rain though. The people are very friendly and the fish and chips are delicious!

Brazil, especially Rio. People are nice, weather is great and the city is picturesque. I spent four years there and it was like a heaven.

there is no utopia in this world if you go some where else with that frame of mind of a place with no problems then your going to be in for a serious let down and a hard fall back to reality...
