Circumference is 2 x pie x radius
Therefore, 2 x pie x 5 = 10 pie
Type into calculator to get exact value, but pie is approximately 3.14
So circumference equals 31.4 cm

Circumference = 2 times pi times radius
so c = 2 * 3.14 * 5
Hope that helps :)

Just take the formulas and plug in the given radius: Circumference=2pi*radius => 2pi*3.5cm Area=pi*radius^2 => pi*4.65^2

remeber the equation for circumference:
C =2=pi*r, or
C = pi*d
Since you have radius, then use the first equation and input the 5:
C = (2)(3.14)(5)
C = 10(3.14)
C = 31.4cm
*Some professors, teachers like to keep pi as pi. Therefore, the answer would be 10pi. Also, look to see if it says to round to a certain decimal place, then you would round pi to that decimal place, and use a more specific number for pi, such as 3.1415.....
