Help me pls, i'm annoyed with this dialogue "pls. click ok to run activex in this website", how to prevent it?

Everytime I open a site, this dialogue always appears, and when i click it, still i can't see the streaming media supposedly i want to see. What's the problem with this?

Install Active X control. the message tell you how to do it or you can go to the Microsoft website download page and download active x and install it. its safe because its microsoft. Take care Heather

Install activex control from microsoft.com that's it
