What are you using for bedding. Try differant kinds of bedding to see if one works better. I actually sprinkle a little baking soda on the bottom of my cage before i put the fresh bedding in. Are you feeding him fresh veggies and giving him plenty of water. They're pee really stinks if they don't get enough water. I wouldn't advice to many baths though. There might be something wrong with him, just give a vet a call and see what they might advice. Good luck to you.

Start using pine bedding if you haven't already. That is a type of bedding that isn't as smelly.

Please stop giving your guinea pig multiple baths during the day AND DO NOT SPRAY YOUR PETS WITH PERFUME. Guinea pigs get lung/throat problems easily, and perfume may be toxic.

Guinea pigs themselves are not smelly. It's usually the cage. How big is your cage? A cage for one piggie should be 3 feet by 3 feet or 3 feet by 4 feet. If you have a smaller cage, odds are you are not cleaning it enough. If you have a 3x3 or 3x4 cage you should be cleaning it twice a week (if its a smaller cage, either upgrade to a larger one or clean it everyday).

To properly clean a piggies cage do the following: Sweep out the bedding. Wash the bottom of the cage (I hope you have a cube and coroplast cage as wire cages can hurt guinea pig's feet) with vinegar. It's the best solvent for taking care of stubborn piggie poop and to get rid of urine stains. If you want to do a complete full cleaning wash the cage, after you wash it with vinegar, with bleach.

You should clean his food dishes/igloos/hammocks every time you clean the cage.

If your guinea pig still stinks to high heaven after at least TWO weeks of cleaning your cage properly, updating your cage to a larger variety and changing the bedding to pine then take your piggie to the vet. He may have an imbalance with his scent gland.

Even though male guinea pigs are a bit more smelly than females, they do not smell as bad as one may think. My male piggie is about the sweetest smelling piggie I've ever met.

Get him neutered.

Boy guinea pigs are notorious for thier stinkiness.

And you shouldn't be cleaning the animal - but the cage (and daily). perfume and baths may be harmfuil.
