Question

ok im 11 and i already hve my period and im not suppose 2 get my period for like another 2 weeks or sumthing anywayz now my stomach is killing me its like a punching feelin inside my stomach and its realli bad wut should i do (ps.im not pregnant) but it realli hurt and it like urt in the midle and lower stomach plz help wut should i do !!!!:( :( :(

and i feel like throwing up a little

and my lower back hurts 2 and y stomach it both hurts hurry i feel like throwing up wut should i do 2 make everthing better :'(

i cant go 2 the doctor no ones home?
my mom and dad are at work and im home wif the babysitter and she siad just rest but i realli cant and i feel sick omg help:(

its normal for your periods to be irregular at that age. take some motrin or pamprin and try to rest some. i always found relief from a heating pad. but if your pain isnt like period pain you should probably see a doctor just to make sure everything is ok, chances are you're fine, but talk to your parents to be sure - there's lots of stomach bugs going around this time of year.

Is this your first ever period? I was this old when i started mine. No worries. Get a normal paracetemol, JUST 1, and take that with a glass of water and your cramps should pass in about an hour.
While the painkillers are working you could take a hot bath and use a flannel on your lower stomach.
When you go to bed, get a hot water bottle and put it on there too!
The pain in your stomach is nothing to worry about. It's just the old tissue lining coming away from your womb as this month, none of your eggs were fertilised. It can be more painful in some women. However, as you get older the pain should lessen. I hardly get any cramps now and i'm 16! Thing should be okay.


Oh and honey, don't listen to these people who are saying Go to The Doctor. Honestly, there is nothing to worry about. You are NORMAL, i'm afraid.

This may just be cramping and bloating. Take pamprin or midol which ever works for you. Take one and if the pain doesn't go away then you must go see a doctor. You make have a stomach infrect or virus. The flu is going around like crazy! Good luck!

1st call your mom
2nd you may need to see the doctor, it might not have anything to do with your period, it could but then again to be safe you should have your mother consult the doctor for you.
3rd put a warm blanket or a hot water bottle on your belly see if it helps the pain. Try and relax. While your waiting for your mom to come.

Okay.....You really need to go tell your mom whats going on so she can take care of you, or take you to a doctor, no offence intended but your a little young to take adviese from anyone besides your parents in reguards to medication. Good luck.

Its normal! Just take a few tylenol or I.B. Profein and you will be ok. Also it feels better if you get a heating pad and put it on your stomach.
