I've tried a couple, but they have trouble sticking when it gets real cold out. Has anyone had any luck using/attracting birds with these?

It's not a good idea to attach a bird feeder to a window. Too often birds mistake a window for landscape and fly into them and many times die from the impact.

definite, the suction cups artwork for an prolonged time (did for me). i've got under no circumstances considered any feeder make to "fasten to brick", yet any ironmongery shop will sell you a putting bracket and masonry screws. There are additionally poles you are able to jam in the floor and carry the feeder from there. Wild poultry shops sell them.
