Everything that happens around me I 'feel' more intense than other people. I don't think I'm a weak person, but sometimes it just seems that I feel 'too much' . Why is it that way?

It's a natural thing...some people feel things much more intensely with others, and that brings a tremend amount of pain when dealing with hard situations.
There's nothing really wrong with you...just make an effort to try to disconnect from stressful situations when you see that you're suffering too much,

Get used to it. I'm 47 and still doing it.

You don't "feel" more than other people. You just react to it more.

Some of it you can control, like anger or joy. But you'll never be able to stop the crying.

Not enough sleep? Perhaps everyone is like this + maybe it is inherited or a fundamental part of who you are. Or you could be stressed!
