Check with your local college, about a Public Speaking course. Most of them will have a component concerning reading people's body language as you speak. Most body language, and facial expressions are involuntary indicators of many things. Some things are also effected by a person's native culture, that what is acceptable in one culture is taboo in another. Therefore you have to be aware of the background of the people that you are with. As to clothing, sometimes that is reflective of a mood, but many times this is dictated by current style trends.

the truth is those things have very liitle meaning. ppl cross ther arms because its comfortble, not becuase their 'closed emotionally' and ppl wear clothes because their fashionable, or the colour suits them, not because of some deep emotional reason! it really pisses me off when ppl try to analyse me by all this random cr.ap. anyway why dyu need to know about everyones emotional state all the time, its none of your bloody buisness!
