To control corruption in Government, the following steps have to be taken by all the citizens of the country:-
1) Refuse to pay money to grease any body's hands.
2) Do not yourself seek to do any thing illegally. Be on the right side of law.
3) Create forums to oversee that the authorities are doing the right things and that there are no consideration demanded or paid for doing the rightful things.
4) Create awareness about the need to cleanse our system free from corrupt practises. There should be public awareness about it. Whenever any wrong doing comes to light, people should not hesitate to agitate. Such movements should be organised in every village/town/cities.
5) A total revolution is the need of the hour.

There is no solution for this. We have many factors which are in a sequence and at last forms a loop. What is basic cause of corruption? Its is earning money without efforts. This there from times of kings and everywhere in the world.
At present, we are worried about our government and country. Person in any position is not satisfied with what he earns. he want to earn more than his peer. If he continues in his position and starts earning following ethics, then everbody will be the same. This type of competition, jealous feelings leads a person to reach a position better than the person by any means. He has to choose wrong means for achieveing this.
In one more angle, the government officials has no system to track the performance of employees. People also are worried about their needs rather than following the system. For example, I need a birth certificate, If i have to follow rules, I have to wait for 1 week. If I pay 1500Rs, I will get it ina day. Because of this, nobody loses. Now the next comer, will be forced to pay the same amount as the first person has shown an illegal way to that government official.This is how corruption started in all areas.
Starting from birth certificate, passport, house rent, registration of lands, tendors.. what not in everything..its killing the smooth progress of the system. Rich are becoming richer and poor are becoming poorer.
Whole system is spoiled. One possible solution is government has to track all these and at the same time people should follow the rules. When proper complaint is given, police should be take care of this. Courts should give proper judgement. Lawyers should take up the cases to fight for justice. All of them should forget about casteism and think that we are indians rather than hindu, christian.. or muslim.
Let there be one boundary withour partions within it.
Corruption is a disease. Everybody has to fight against it. In countries like india, change can take place within seconds if everbody feels the need of it.

Unless and until we ourself will take steps for a corruption free system nothing can be done.Though I have a full plan for it but I know nobody is going to support it because everybody is busy running after money and this corruption helps them to increase it.

Power corrupts. Money corrupts. The only way to be free of corruption is to rid oneself of these two evils. Our American politicians have become corrupted because they have far too much power and money. Our American society, as a whole, has become corrupted because we are far too wealthy and have far too leisure time on our hands. Just as the Roman empire and Greek dynasties before us, America will fall - and it will because of our own greed, sloth, materialism and 'need' for self-gratification. If we make majority of survices or department that are currupt today as Prepaid services - Like prepaid mobile, pre-piad taxi, Then we can improvemnt lot in number of sectors, Prepaid electricity, Prepaid Railway tickets, etc. We have to use technology to impliment this.

start yourself. neither give or take. i know it is difficult. if you are strong by heart do the both and if you are not still please do the half. better is you do not take ....another half is equally useful. But not taking is more important.
