Pit Bull dogs have been banned from different parts of the world. Isn't this racism? I have had the pleasure to know several of these animals with only good experiences. If dogs could talk and hire a Lawyer couldn't this turn out as racism? What if we handled humans in this way?

Please stop referring to 'the owner'. If this was an animal like us that could defend itself with laws would this not count as racism? Surely not ALL Pit Bull dogs are bad. That same BS excuse works when referring to humans right?

Ok, not sure how to really respond to this one. Interesting "logic" you are using though.

Most people do handle it the same way. It is called ignorance. One bad apple spoils the bunch. I am a owner of a Pit Bull who is as gentle as a kitten. He is very loving and obidient. I would trust him over most breeds with my two small children. Pit Bulls are a very loyal breed. The blood line carries a fighting instinct. But with the proper love, care and breeding of them they are wonderful pets. It works the same with parents who don't teach their children morals and respect. Those people end up killing people as well. So should we ban parents who don't "train" their children to behave in some parts of the world?

A dog behavior is the reflection of its owner. At times the master is more of a dog than the dog itself. Inappropriate dog or human behavior needs to be punished regardless of passionate dog lovers.
I support Pit Bull dogs banning because of sick owners.

Pit Bull dogs are not intrinsically violent but many are raised in this way and constitute a danger to the public and because of this they should remain banned.

It's not racism, animals aren't people and they can't make their own choices.

Racism - I believe that term only applies in the realm of human, not canine. . .and if dogs could talk and hire attorneys?
There would be an incredible decrease in animal abuse.

While I agree that it is the owner who should be punished for having an out of control animal, and good owners should not be punished...

But I think the racism bit is taking it WAAAY too far.

If pit bulls were human, it would be racism. They are not, so it is not racism to ban a breed of dog.

I suggest you study the history of racial segregation in the US.

No, but I'll tell you what racism is. It's that every other race except us Nazis are allowed to be gay, it's so unfair because underneath that hard facade every Nazi knows he likes dudes.
