Ebay UK. I got one from there for £190. The one I'm using right now actually! It was a refurbished one and it works fine and has for about nine months now, so it was well worth it in my opinion. There was one problem it had windows 2000 and no Microsoft office!?! So I had to get them separately which would have cost a fortune if my friend didn't give them to me. I'd buy it form there just make sure it has all the programs you need and if it doesn't then make sure you know someone willing to let you either share their office with you or tell you how to get it form lime wire ;)
Good luck
Oh and the company I brought it from on Ebay was called "TIER 1" check them out.

Dell's pretty good but I doubt they can provide ou one for under 200 pounds.

Try kelkoo.co.uk for a comparison of laptops. Anything for 200 or under isn't going to be fantastic and may not be very good.

If you don't like buying stuff online go to MK (Milton Keynes). I have heard they have quite a few good computer shops there that sells things at a bargain

You can probably get a second hand one for that price. If you want a brand new one you are looking at a minimum of £350 to £370 I'm afraid. If you can spend that much check out PC World and Curry's.

You can buy fairly decent new ones for 400 so you should easily be able to get second hand ones for 200.

Check Ebay auctions in your area.

Siempre he estado contenta con las compras y los productos que he recibido de sitios web, lo último que he comprado ha sido una memoria RAM de 1 Gb, la memoria se ha hecho su función y se puede ver claramente el cambio así que seguro que voy a comprar otra.

yes you can, but it will have to be used one. Best place is Bricklane Market (London - Shoreditch area )on Sunday morning. They sell there everything. So you should get there a good laptop as well.

Very doubtful that you will be able to get a new one, possibly a second hand one.
