NYC, especially Manhattan, is known for beautiful buildings, highly decorated and ornate. My favorite in Manhattan is the Ansonia Hotel on the upper West Side. Giving all the amazing buildings in Manhattan, Empire State Bldg., Chrystal Bldg., Met Life Bldg, etc., I think the Ansonia is the most beautiful.

I am always amazed by the taj mahal and the pyramids of Giza.
It is the fact the there were reasons personal how these building were intentionally built. It is the undying love and the inspiration behind it that perplexes my mind.

Buildings in Italy. Here are some (I'm not sure if those are their official names): Basilica di San Marco (Venice), Il Duomo di Firenze (Florence), La Chiesa di San Pietro (Rome), Il Duomo di Milano (Milan)... And in Paris: Opera House and Notre Dame.

There are so many and there would be no wrong answer, all answers should be the best. For me it is Westminster abbey. I grew up in Europe having to learn its history so as I walked in it all I had learned came back to life.
