RSI is Relative Strength Index. It's an indicator used in technical analysis. A good description of it can be found at:

If you want to learn more about technical analysis, stockcharts provides a good tutorial. Before using TA in actual trades, it's best to "backtest" them to get a good feeling for how they behave over different time periods.
