This is a very well-planned thesis outline. The main points are all clearly defined, you've been given things to think about/answer in your paper.

Consider talking to a few adults who have been in the workplace since the '80s...so much has changed/evolved since then. I could write your paper from personal experience with very few outside sources. (simply having lived and worked through so many of these changes)

Instead of laying your whole paper outline out and hoping one of us will jump in with all the answers (See examples below):

Consider asking a few of your outline questions (above) in some of the other "Yahoo Answers" categories...instead of Homework Help. My guess is you'd get some awesome responses and good sources/links.

For example: Do you like or dislike telework, why? (and then watch your responses give you great material for your paper)

Or perhaps: How has IT (Information Technology) changed YOUR work patterns in the past 20 years?--answers will fill in the blanks.

Good Luck--this sounds like a fantastic assignment...wish I could write it myself! :)
